Exciting Things are Happening at Sycamore Village!
Sycamore Village is a 160,000+ s.f. neighborhood shopping
center conveniently located on Cochran Street between Sycamore Drive
and Galena in the heart of Simi Valley, California.
The center was developed in the early 1980s and has kept pace
with Simi Valley's growing population. Originally known as Sycamore
Plaza East, the center is adjacent to Sycamore Plaza West, featuring
Albertson’s grocery store and additional shops and services.
An exterior upgrade was completed in 2003 featuring fresh
colors and monument signage, as well as new storefront and lighting
treatments.
Emphasizing value and convenience, Sycamore Village offers
more than 30 unique shops, restaurants and services, anchored by
Staples, Dollar Tree and The Wherehouse. In
addition, home furnishings retailer HomeGoods will be opening
in 2006.
